1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Trado ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Trado is a marketplace that connects contractors with subcontractors in the construction industry. Trado is not a party to any agreement, contract of employment, or hiring arrangement made between users.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Trado.

4. User conduct

You agree not to post false, misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful content, impersonate others, harvest data from other users, or use the Service to spam or harass anyone.

5. Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you post (job listings, profile details, messages, reviews). By posting content you grant Trado a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content as part of operating the Service.

6. Payments

Trado does not process payments between contractors and subcontractors. Any payment, invoicing or tax arrangement is a matter directly between the parties.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Trado does not guarantee the accuracy of profiles, listings or reviews, and does not employ or vet subcontractors on your behalf.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trado will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms or misuse the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
